CANCELLATION POLICY
We totally understand—life happens! To keep our schedule smooth and all our beauty babes glowing, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You’re allowed one courtesy reschedule. After that, full payment of the service will be required to rebook. Habitual cancellations or reschedules will require a deposit to book future appointments. • Late cancellations will be charged 50% • No-shows will be charged 100% • Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and fees may apply A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service.
